Ally Loprete holds a Bachelors of General Studies in Theatre and Film from The University of Kansas. As a professional actor, Ally has appeared in numerous theatrical productions across the country, as well as on television and film. ally_headshots_031_1__1She recently appeared in Chasing Ally a successful and critically acclaimed one-woman show in which she wrote, produced and performed at Stages in Hollywood. Her training includes Idyllwild School of Music and the Arts, The Utah Shakespeare Festival Workshop in Cedar City, The Un-Cabaret Stand-Up Workshop at the ‘M Bar’, The Oxymoron School of Comedy, as well as countless other acting, comedy and musical theatre workshops across the country.

Ally spent 3 years performing with The Oxymorons, an improv comedy troupe at The Star Theatre in Phoenix, AZ. She is also a proud, long time member of the award winning Circle X Theatre Company in Hollywood, where she was the Director of Outreach for several years. Through this role, Ally volunteered every week for nearly 6 years at The Los Angeles Youth Network- a homeless shelter for teenagers in Hollywood, teaching improvisation and acting as a means of empowerment and progressive strength. She also served as a business coach for actors in LA, and produced workshops for both Act Now! and The AIA Actors Studio. Recently, Ally taught several classes in musical theatre and improvisation to young ladies ages 4-12 at The Shooting Stars Center in SCV.

Shannon Penrod holds a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from The National Theatre Conservatory and Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from The State University of New York at OswegoShannon_Headshot She is an award winning director, writer and stand up comedienne.  She has taught acting and improvisation at such colleges as Oswego State University, Brigham Young University as well as countless workshops across the country.  As a performer she has performed with The Denver Center Theatre Company, The Empire State Youth Theatre Institute and The Sugar Free Theatre Company.  

In the field of Improvisational Comedy she has performed with The LA Connection and as a founding member of Improvo and The United Monkey Congress.  She has directed several improvisational troupes including The Shaun Cassidy Fan Club, Improvo and several peer theatre groups.
